Tournament Error — Marked Cards

Definition
A player’s cards are marked or [b]oriented[/b] in a way that could potentially give an advantage to that player.

Examples
A. A player has small marks on a few of his sleeves. The markings are on a Mountain, a Loxodon Hierarch,
and a Lightning Helix.
B. A player without sleeves has several foil cards that stand out significantly from the rest of her deck.

Penalty
Warning

The Head Judge has the option to [b]upgrade this penalty to a Game Loss[/b] if he or she believes that a player noticing the
[b]pattern [/b]of markings would clearly compromise the integrity of the game.

Здравствуйте, меня интересует 1 момент:
мой товарищ решил (оба мы новички) что раз не запрещено, то разрешено, но так же читать все правила не стал.
мой вопрос вот в чем: не запрещается ли в своей колоде перевернуть на 180° некий тип карт, так что даже смотря на рубашку он мог понять где и как они лежат.
